About

After years of solving problems and guiding individuals in SaaS sales and technical recruiting, I discovered that my true passion lies at the intersection of empathy and creativity. This realization led me to transition into UX/UI design, where I blend my understanding of human behavior with innovative problem-solving to create meaningful user experiences. My journey is one of transformation and growth, rooted in a desire to make technology more accessible and life a little easier for everyone.

From Sales & Recruiting to UX Design - A Natural Shift

My transition into UX design stems from a deep desire to combine problem-solving with creativity. In SaaS sales and technical recruiting, I wasn’t just selling products or filling roles—I was addressing real challenges, guiding people through complex decisions, and delivering tailored solutions. These roles demanded not only a deep understanding of people’s needs but also the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to new challenges. These experiences honed my ability to empathize with users, analyze needs, and develop strategies that work. Over time, I realized I wanted to take these skills further by building solutions that not only solve problems but also create meaningful, lasting experiences. UX/UI design was the perfect fit—a natural extension of everything I’d been doing, but with the added creativity I craved. It allows me to connect empathy and strategy with design to craft intuitive and impactful experiences.

The Appeal of UX Design - Merging Empathy with Creativity

What drew me to UX design is its ability to bring together two key passions: helping people and creating impactful solutions. In my previous roles, empathy was central to every conversation, and now I get to channel that same skill into designing interfaces and user journeys that improve people’s interactions with technology.

During UX Academy, I found myself energized by every stage of the design process—from conducting user research to prototyping and iterating on solutions. Seeing an idea transform into a fully realized user experience is incredibly rewarding. For me, UX design goes beyond aesthetics; it’s about making life easier and more intuitive for the people using these products.

Looking Forward Designing - Impactful Futures

As I move forward, I’m eager to continue combining my technical skills and user-focused mindset to craft designs that are intuitive, meaningful, and impactful. Whether working in a fast-paced startup or a collaborative in-house team, I aim to tackle complex problems and deliver solutions that truly make a difference.

In the next year, I hope that I will get to contribute to projects that create measurable impact, like seamless onboarding flows or tools that help users navigate major life transitions. Good design isn’t just about functionality—it’s about building experiences that resonate and improve lives. That’s the future I’m excited to design.
